This place was amazing! I was hit by a deer and my grill and bumper were destroyed. They were so communicative and had the best attitude towards everything and really just tried to make sure it was fixed right and fixed in a decent amount of time. The grill ended up being on backorder, but Wes found a grill, miraculously, and made it work to where I could get my car sooner than later. Alexis at the front desk was absolutely amazing and the woman who I can’t recall her name with blue eyes and blonde hair who checked me out when I came to pick my car up was also amazing. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do will be happy to work with these guys again because they were just absolutely fantastic in every way. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend everybody who works there. My car looks better than ever, and I am very grateful for it!

Deer hit my car damaging ENTIRE left side of vehicle. Dropped off on a Thursday PM and picked up following Friday afternoon! Absolutely beautiful work!! Exceptional also in customer care by Stacy!!!! What a wonderful, efficient business and operation . They even detailed my car since it was in shop and potentially collected dust, etc. They made an unfortunate incident feel almost worth it!!! This was the second shop I went to get an estimate on damage repairs for my 2023 Hyundai Elantra. The first shop was charging an extra arm and leg. Tiffany referred me to Jessie and he was out in no time (in the nasty weather) to assist in repairing the damages done to my car. A simple fix in which I would’ve paid hundreds for was completed in seconds. Tiffany’s hospitality was unmatched (beverage offers and emptying my car) and Jessie was a lifesaver during this situation. I cannot thank you all enough! Great service in and out!

Under new management and thank goodness for that! It took us a month to get our car back from a small rear end accident. When we were first told that are car was ready it was awful! They used flimsy plastic pieces the color wasn't even close and there were gaps everywhere. In came Big Jon to save the day. He recently took over and hadn't been able to sign off on our vehicle but when he saw it he completely agreed that they needed to do a better job and it wasn't up to the new standard he has set forth. The cheap parts were replaced with OEM parts, the colors were better matched and gaps were straightened out. I would def go back there for any of my needs now that he's steering the ship. Thanks for all the help!

Great experience with Better Collision ... especially the communications. They kept us informed on progress of the repairs by texting every Tuesday and Thursday ... that was a big help ... doesn't sound like much but it turned out to take away a lot of phone calls back and forth to them. Again great job and I would use them again if unfortunately I have to use a body shop service once more.

We had an accident involving a wall and the side of our car. The rear passenger door and back corner panel had a very good scuff/gouge and also caved in. We took the car to them because 1) they were our insurance’s (Progressive) preferred shop and 2) they had very good reviews. We are very glad we did. The car looks great and it only took about 2 weeks even though they were very busy. I appreciate what Taylor did to keep us informed and he promptly returned our phone calls when we had questions. Hoping not to have to use them again, but happy to know they are there if we need them.

In an environment where we are so often frustrated by having to wait to have our issues addressed I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I received as a walk in today from Ora Rothfuss. He solved my problem immediately other shops would have required me leaving the auto for days. Great find here in Mt. Pleasant for those needing auto body work. Highly recommend!!

My daughter was in an accident and this was the place the insurance told us to use. They were very helpful from the start. The receptionist called the rental company for us to be picked up once we arrived. The body personnel looked the vehicle over and gave us an idea of how long it would take to repair it. We got the car back and it looks as good as it originally did.

I was very pleased with the job Better Colliision Mt Pleasant did under Kelly’s care and supervision. The car looks great and I so appreciated Kelly working hard to let me have it much sooner than the original date given for completion. I got it back almost 2 weeks earlier and was able to turn back in my rental car earlier than anticipated which was great because I was having to pay a daily fee for it. I will use them again and recommend this business. They were always polite and helpful and communicated regularly with me and did a great job in the repair! Thank you!

I brought a recently purchased used car in needing extensive brake work. I've been wanting to try Betty's for convenience but didn't need any work til a few days ago. They did a great job replacing my brake pads, rotors, and calipers. It was a quick and friendly process with below market prices. Excellent customer service. Several months ago we had some damage to our 2018 Equinox. We filed our claim with our insurance company and they had us take the vehicle to Better Collision here in Beaufort. They looked at it and told us what needed to be done and we left it to be repaired. I can’t tell you how great they were. We received updates once or twice a week on their progress. After several weeks they texted us that the passenger door that was needed, was on back order. We understood because the parts are hard to get at this time. Once it came in, they finished it in no time and we went to pick it up. I I wish I could put into words how happy we were with the workmanship they had done. It was perfect. Having said all this, I want to say that anyone that needs collision work done, you will not find a better body shop in Beaufort. Their work and professionalism is over the top. I highly recommend Better Collision - Beaufort Body Shop, and I rarely leave reviews, but this business deserves 5 stars based on service, professionalism, cost, quality of work, and speed. I took my car in on a Monday for a collision estimate and had it back fully repaired and cleaned by Thursday afternoon. The whole process was extremely efficient, which is not a word I use to describe most business transactions these days. Todd the service advisor was excellent.

Better Collision is 1000/10. I cannot recommend this shop enough! My passenger door and fender were crushed and I had no idea where to start. I pulled into Better Collision in Mount Pleasant for help and they got right to work. They even helped me navigate everything with my insurance. Within a week I had an estimate and car repaired and it looks even better than when I bought it! Trey was amazinggggg !!! He helped me and communicated with me every step of the way. Katie up front is the sweetest too! Everyone was so helpful and kind. If you ever need your car fixed this is the place to go hands down!

I went to Better Collision Thursday (Oct 13th) to get an estimate for a “torn” front bumper on my 2007 Honda Civic. Trey Edwards suggested that instead of replacing the bumper which would have been VERY expensive, they could structurally secure the bumper. They did that fix within 15 minutes and FREE-OF-CHARGE! When I have any car that needs work in the future, I’m going to Bettet Collision!

I had a damaged tailgate on a work truck. I spoke with Adam about it and brought it to their shop. I told him it was a work truck that all was needing was to make the tailgate functional. He wouldn’t have it. He stated that if they were going to fix it it would be fixed right. He introduced me to Shane which was awesome. They repaired it and the cost was better than what I expected even if I had cut corners. Adam and Shane rock! Highly recommend Better Collision.

We went to Better Collision Mount Pleasant, from when we arrived, it was great.We met With Mr.Cecil , All communications were spot on, all during the repair of a front collision repair on our Truck.The estimate was written up,dates were set and all went well .Top Professional Service.For us, what was huge in this matter, was Communications between Mr.Cecil and us .He kept us updated upon meeting any changes on the way or just good news (all part were replaced with "OEM"parts,Original Equipment Manufacturer). We got the news our Truck was ready,it took 3 weeks 2days . They really did a Amazing Pro detail on the Truck,as if nothing happened.paint and all matched nicely.I Highly recommend Better Collision Mount Pleasant. If you want it done right Mr.Cecil and his team are the Amazing people you need on your side.

I was hit by a deer and it caused damage on the driver’s side of my car, from front to back fender. The front fender, driver’s door, and outside of back driver’s side door had to be replaced; in addition to repairs to the front fender, bumper, and even the fog light. The Better Collision management, mechanics, and staff provided an outstanding experience from start to finish, from the initial phone call thru handling any additional things that came up after the repairs were completed! Tiffany provided a professional, friendly, and personable experience as she went out of her way to ensure the rental car was available for me at the time I dropped off my car for repairs, kept me updated throughout the repair process, was available for any additional concerns/questions I had throughout the process, and ensured the car was back to its former state and to my complete satisfaction when I got it back. The mechanics are caring, knowledgeable and experienced, as you can see by the results. Tiffany provided proper expectations of the repair process timeline and made sure the parts were ordered and ready before I even took the car in for repairs. And yes, the car looks and drives just as it did before the deer, as if nothing ever happened! Definity, Better Collision is the best body shop in the area, I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else! Thank you for making this freighting experience such a breeze, and for all the “extras” you did to bring my car back to its original state, and all of it with a big smile on your faces- thank you!!
