Alexis Smith is amazing. I had a deer wreck my left driver side of my car. She told how long the process would be. She was honest and KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO COMMUNICATE. I even received my car car the following 2days after the incident. Not one mark or any damage to show that I was even in a altercation with a deer. Lol will most definitely will be going back. If I could give 10 stars… I would! This is by far the best collision center in Sumter!! The lady at the front desk is amazing and friendly! She goes out of her way to help unlike some others. Even had rental car Enterprise AT the store location when I dropped off my vehicle for repair. I don’t have to wait on them to pick me up and take me to the Enterprise location.
I was notified right before they closed that my vehicle repair was done. But that was a small blip. Picked up the next morning with no issues. Service was better than I expected and done right.

I recently hit a low rock wall while backing up and slightly dislodged the rear passenger side quarter panel. I went to one service center that I had previously used to get an estimate to replace the broken clips and resecure the panel and a piece of bottom trim that was loose. The estimate I received was just over $1,200. I decided to try Better Collision because of the positive reviews I had seen. I met Brian who agreed to review the damage. He got on the ground, looked under the car at the damage and started to reattach the loose parts. He did have to go inside and get a few new clips to complete the repair And he wouldn't charge me nor would he accept a tip. His reasoning was that it was a very minor repair that he could do and took less than 10 minutes. This is a business that doesn't take advantage or price gouge its customers. I highly recommend them.

An absolutely amazing staff and quality of work. From the time we dropped off our van to the time we picked it up we were kept aware of what was going on through the entire process. Unfortunately for them they had to deal with a less than professional insurance company. Even dealing with that issue Ryan kept it extremely professional and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. I hope we never need a body shop again, but if we do it will be Better Collision in Rock Hill.
